Lawrence Gulotta, MD, specializes in shoulder arthroplasty and sports medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). Dr. Gulotta received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed training at HSS and an AO Shoulder Trauma Fellowship in Switzerland. Dr. Gulotta is an award-winning researcher and on the review board of several industry publications, including the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.

Curtis Noel, MD

Curtis Noel, MD

Curtis Noel, MD, is a fellowship-trained shoulder and elbow surgeon at the Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Akron, Ohio, and the director of the shoulder and elbow service for Summa Health orthopaedic residency program. He completed his residency in Akron and his fellowship at the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas. Dr. Noel is a frequent industry lecturer and author.

Ryan Simovitch, MD

Ryan Simovitch, MD

Ryan Simovitch, MD, is president of Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute, director of Palm Beach Shoulder Institute and chief of the division of orthopaedics at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center and fellowships in Switzerland and at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Simovitch is a design surgeon for the Equinoxe® resurfacing and cuff sparing systems and Stemless Shoulder.

Thomas Wright, MD

Thomas Wright, MD

Thomas Wright, MD, one of the original Equinoxe® design team members and world renowned expert in shoulder surgery, specializes in the upper extremity at University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Florida and his fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at Mayo Clinic. Among many other accomplishments, Dr. Wright has earned more than a dozen grants and refereed more than 100 published works.
